SHIPPING AND INSURANCE:Title and risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the Seller delivers the Property to the Shipper for delivery. The Buyer through the shipper shall process any loss, theft, or damage from that point in time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Seller shall provide all necessary assistance to the Buyer in resolving any such claims with the shipper and/or the insurer.

RETURNS: The original Buyer shall have the right to inspect and rescind the transaction within 2 days by so notifying the Seller and returning the merchandise using the same packing materials within three business days of receiving the Property to the Seller, in the same condition as when received by the Buyer, at the Buyer's risk, cost and expense if Property purchased is materially different (as of the time immediately prior to shipment to the Buyer) than as represented by the Seller. Upon such return, Seller shall refund to the Buyer a full refund in the amount of the purchase price of the item, excluding all amounts paid to the Seller for insurance, packing and shipping. Seller shall remit to Buyer the amount of the required refund as set forth above for repayment within three business days of receipt of merchandise.

It started with my father’s jewelry store, Richards Jewelers, on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills during the early 1970’s when I was just a boy. It moved on to a second store ( also my father’s ) , Oberlins Jewelers, in Fresno, California . After that we grew to having a total of 7 stores. I spent years in our stores learning the watch business, and while in the process of buying and selling, I grew to appreciate and love the art of horology. In the early 1990’s I started to provide Internet exposure to my longtime personal clients, and hence, gained new clients over the years. In the first days on the Internet I had to use a 35 mm camera and process the ‘film’ before I could upload an image ! It’s come a long way since then! I have been an eBay Seller for over 10 years ( since 1998 ) and have thousands of sales on eBay.
