DESCRIPTION
One of my favorite Bauhaus designs is this all original very rare with box & papers SS 1997 designed by Hannes Wettstein VENTURA V-MATIC LOGA Certified Swiss Chronometer C.O.S.C series, a Bauhaus-style chronograph powered by a Valjoux 7750 won the international Technology and Design Award in 1996/97 and is no longer made in near-mint condition. Stunning deep dish design and arguably the best-known of all the Ventura models
is set against hands which have turned a lovely beige patina along with beige patina accents, 3 crisp black sub-registers (60 sec - 30 min - 12 hr), quick-set date window at 3 o''clock and the inner calculator-disk allows multiplications and division as precise as the certified chronometer itself! This modern pristine dial is both classic and futuristic. Quad-signed (dial,movt,caseback,bracelet) 40mm (not including screw-down crown) high-grade, low nickel content steel case is used in the production of surgical instruments will with-stand water pressure to a depth of 200 meters.
