From my personal collection is this extremely rare and hard to find and one of the most stunning and classically elegant timepieces with a vintage look and feel two piece solid 18K rose gold designed by Oscar Waldan. This complicated tri-compax chronograph vintage 1980 pristine all original ZENITH ASTRONIC/ESPADA CHRONOGRAPH AUTOMATIC large 40mm triple-date moonphase 3-register chronograph with the famous all original 1969 Zenith el primero 3019 PHC automatic is absolutely mint condition. Never polished! This pristine all original mint dial is set against gold dauphine hands, bright red second-hand flyback, large chrome/black square baton markers, outer black 60 sec marker track and features a three counter blue/silver 3-register chronograph (60 sec-30 min-12 hr moonphase) in a tri compax layout, triple date, moonphase with a quick-set date window at 5 o''clock and signed Swiss Made T at 6 o''clock. Exquisite dial from the swiss House of Zenith! This C.O.S.C. certified chronograph is equipped with a certified all original factory retro 1969 Zenith el primero signed Zenith cal 3019 PHC Swiss made 31-Jewels unadjusted automatic column wheel movement beats at the rate of 36,000 BPH keeps perfect time with all calendar, moonphase and chronograph functions working. Oscar Waldan designed quad-signed (dial,movt,case,case back) large 40mm signed 18K-146 grams 18K solid rose gold case with factory sharp double-tier lugs has never been polished in absolutely mint condition with screw-on 18K solid rose gold case back signed on the inside Waldan creation (WJ) 750 in mint condition. This model had a limited production of approximately 1000 pieces in 1980. Roughly 75 pieces remain today and the brand no longer produces this watch.
